Thanksgiving = Generosity

Thanksgiving is a season of generosity around here at Renew!  I just found out about one of our small groups that put their money together to purchase a bike for one of the members in their group.  I also heard from another family that is trying to help a pregnant mother in our community whose husband died suddenly.  We also partnered with Miami Emanuel Church to send 80+ chairs, a pulpit, 60+ pair of shoes and several other items to Beacon Hill Church in Nassau, Bahamas.  

This week, Pastor Ricardo has been purchasing Turkeys and $30 Publix Gift Cards to help families in our community!  We have 32 to give out in the 10:35am service.  If you know someone that needs help, please have them RSVP with Pastor Ricardo at 786-299-7125 and make sure they are at the service THIS Sunday! 

We are hosting a SERVE DAY at Renew from 10am-1pm to clean up some areas in the church that need some TLC!  If you have a couple of hours, please stop by!  Also, if you have a truck or trailer- we could use some help with debris removal.

P.S. Our Stage Design team has been working on a life-size train for the Christmas Express!  I hope that you have begun thinking about who you will invite to Renew Church for our program on Dec. 18 &19!
