Take Time to Remember

Hi there!
This past weekend we had the memorial service for Isabel Medina.  Isabel is Pastor Ricardo’s Grandmother and she was very special to Renew Church (actually she was his wife’s grandmother but he considered her his Grandmother).  If you are new to Renew you might not have met Isabel but I wanted to take a moment to remember her and tell you the reason she was so special (actually 106 reasons!) At the age of 100, I had the privilege of Baptizing her.  She was always so encouraging to me and my family and I am thankful to have had her in my life.  She will be greatly missed. ❤️

On Saturday at 4:30pm, we are celebrating THE FIRST graduate of the Hope Center!  My friend, Roger, was a transfer that came to the Miami Center from Tennessee and he has been a community leader at our location! We are so proud of him and what he has accomplished!  If you would like to attend the graduation, you are invited! 
This is going to be a great Sunday at Renew.  We will take time to recognize our Veterans in the service and say “Thank You” for their sacrifice for our freedom!  At our Miami Campus, we will welcome some of the newest additions to Renew Church in our Child Dedication.  These are always a special moment in the life of the church as we pray for them and commit them back to the Lord.  
Can you believe Christmas is only 6 weeks away?  We have a really exciting program at both campuses that will be taking place!  If you would like to get involved, be sure to connect with our Worship Leaders from each campus.  On November 16 at 7pm, we are having a Christmas Program Preview party with Cookies and Cocoa at the Miami Campus.
