too Early to Talk about Christmas?

What a Sunday at Renew Church! We launched our #RenewGenerosity initiative and I shared what we want for our Church...We want something FOR people, not FROM them  (if you missed the message, you can CLICK HERE to listen).  I have already heard of some amazing things that you are doing with the the money you have been entrusted with at Renew last week!  I know that it will have an impact on people in our community.  Remember that its not really about the amount of money you give- its about the heart behind the gift.  That is why the story of Widow's Offering was so impactful- she gave from the depth of her heart in spite of her poverty (Luke 21:1-4).  I would love to hear from more of you on how God has used you to be a blessing to others this week...

We have some exciting things planned this Christmas and we want you to BEGIN NOW to make plans to join us and consider who you can invite for the Christmas season! Here is what's happening: 

-November 29-30 // Christmas Trees with a Cause.  We are selling 100 trees during Thanksgiving weekend with 100% of proceeds going to support Missions/Hurricane Relief.  Preorder your tree this weekend!  Contact Mikey Bermudez at 786-486-2700 for more information and to volunteer to help us at the Renew Christmas Tree Stand.

-December 8 // Free Pictures with Santa.  Join us for free professional family portraits with Santa with an amazing Santa Clause.

-December 15 // RC Kids Christmas Party.  Kids are going to have a blast playing with snow and learning about the true meaning of the Christmas season.

-December 22 //  Christmas Celebration.  Don't miss our Christmas service.  You will enjoy delicious Christmas treats, a Christmas concert and a Christmas message of hope that will draw you closer to God.
