May We honor

Hi there!
We are kicking off a brand new series this weekend entitled, “May We Honor”.  It’s a wordplay because during the month of May we will honor Teachers, Moms, Grads and our Fallen Heroes on Memorial Day weekend.  

This Sunday, we are so excited to be honoring our teachers.  We visited three schools this week to show our appreciation to teachers with a nice breakfast and to invite them to Renew Church for Teacher Appreciation Sunday.  We will be giving out Wal Mart Gift Cards to EVERY teacher and one winner at both campuses will win a dinner for two to Samurai Japanese Restaurant.  If you have never had it- you are missing out!  PLEASE INVITE a teacher to join you as we pray over them and bless them for all they do for our students! 
 
After the services, we are hosting a “Cinco de Mayo” themed Connect Meal for those that are new to Renew Church!  If you have never been to a Connect Meal- this would be a good time for some tacos and learn about our Mission, Vision and Values!  Its also a great opportunity for us to get to know you more!  (Its free and only lasts about 45 minutes!). 


Finally, I’m super excited about our Women’s Ministry at Renew!  They are gathering on Saturday for a special Ladies’ Day Tea Event and it is SOLD OUT!  Its amazing to see what God is doing in our Church!  Be watching for the next event coming soon!
