is this a yoke?

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.  Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.  Matthew 11:28-30

When we started the Stress Less Series, I thought it would be a 4 week series ending last Sunday.  However, it has been such an impactful series for many people and I feel that there is still more that God’s Word has to say in this area.  

Here are some staggering statistics as it relates to Workplace Stress from Stress.Org:

-83% of US Workers suffer from work-related stress.

-1 Million people miss work every day due to stress related problems.

-In a survey, 33% of the respondents visited a doctor for something work-related in 2018.  

-63% of US Workers are ready to quit their jobs as a result of stress.

I hope that you will join me this Sunday for week 4!  We will be focusing on Stress in the Workplace.
