Easter at renew

​As I look back on the last few months, I have to say that this has been such an amazing experience. We have heard testimonies of life change, we have watched as people begin to discover their purpose in ministry, we have celebrated over 30 decisions for Christ and we have already had the opportunity to participate in 2 baptism weekends! And we haven’t even made it to Easter yet!

In preparation for this big weekend, we sent a mailer to 10,000 homes in West Kendall, we have used Social Media to reach over 50,000 people and our church is sharing on their pages and personally inviting everyone they know. On Wednesday, the Easter Bunny visited Norma Butler Bossard Elementary and gave out candy and invite cards for the big weekend!  

You probably already know all that is happening this weekend but in case you don’t... on Friday night we will remember Christ’s sacrifice for us in a worship night and scripture reading of the Passion of Christ. On Sunday, doors open and registration begins at 10am and we will have a bounce house, face painting, a photo booth and an egg hunt with some pretty awesome “Golden Egg” prizes.  Service starts at 10:30am.

Our theme for this Sunday is “Emptiness isn’t always a bad thing” and I’m really looking forward to sharing this message with you. I hope that you will make plans to us!
