Don’t Miss this Sunday...Seriously!

You don’t want to miss this Sunday! We have some exciting stuff planned!

First of all let me just say, it has be an amazing week already at Renew Church! It has been an honor to serve along so many from our church as we have taken the time to be a blessing to our city! I want to thank our Homeless Ministry outreach team for faithfully “hitting the streets” every month to give a meal in the name of Jesus... you may never fully know the impact it will have on the person you serve!

I also want to thank those of you that showed up on Saturday and helped us “Renew NBB Elementary”! We planted over 100 plants, put down a pallet of mulch, cleaned offices, assembled teacher gift bags and we still aren’t done! We also hired a company to help spread 2 dump trucks of river rock into the planters in the courtyard of the school. Additionally, a few from Renew Church have sponsored a table with 600 “Crayon Box Invites” that we will use to tell families about Back-To-School Sunday that is happening this week at Renew Church! We will be opening our doors for families to come and check out Renew Church and we will be praying for ALL the teachers and students that are heading back to school on Monday! If you or someone you know is heading back to school, please invite them to church this Sunday. After the service we will have a Bounce House, 8 free passes for Urban Air and FREE Kona Ice for everyone! The 90.9 LiFE FM Van will be here and they will be handing out some free stuff this week! You don’t want to miss it- it’s going to be a great Sunday.

It is also Baptism Sunday! If you have not been baptized, would you consider taking that next step? This is the perfect opportunity to let your friends and family know that you are a follower of Jesus! What are you waiting for? Let’s do this! We made really nice Baptism T-shirts that say, “Meet the new me.” I think you are going to love it!
