We launched our “How To Deal” series this past weekend with a message on dealing with the challenge of change. We looked at the life of Noah and how to carry your “board of obedience”. In your context, that experience could be different than what Noah was dealing with— but I think the principles can still apply.

If you’re a student that is frustrated with your youth... take it one day at a time.

If you’re a single person that is frustrated with “finding the one”... take it one interaction/conversation at a time.

If you’re in a job that has you frustrated with your future... look for small ways to make a big difference.

The point that I am trying to make is to take little steps towards building a big boat. One “board of obedience” at a time is how Noah built the boat that ultimately saved the animal kingdom.

As I mentioned last Sunday, you will not want to miss this weekend at Renew Church! My friends, Terrence and Emma Mullings from Sydney, Australia will be here and they will be preaching in our “How to Deal” Series. The Mullings’ family moved here a few months ago because they feel that God has called them to launch a life giving church in Miami! I’m so excited to partner with them and to play a part in helping them make C3 History Makers Church a reality in Miami!

One of our core values at Renew is to develop a culture of multiplication. We feel that God is calling us to plant 7 churches in South Florida in the next 14 years. Supporting the Mullings’ family is a way that we can keep this core value at the forefront of who we are. They are a talented couple with an exciting future! I can’t wait to sow a seed into their ministry! Check out this video to see more about “Why Miami?” for Terrence and Emma and their family!

See you Sunday!
