Your Giving is Making a Difference.

Hi there!
This past weekend we kicked off our new series called, “Uncommon Cents”.  A series that encourages us to trust God with our finances and get a strong grasp on stewardship and biblical generosity. 

One of the Core Values of Renew Church is, “We Give Irrationally”.  What do we mean by that?  Simply put, when you give to Renew Church its not all about us- its also about ways that we can bless other people/organizations that we are partnering with for the Kingdom!  In last Sunday’s message, I mentioned some of the ways in which we give irrationally but I wanted to list them here so that you know when you give - you can see how your generosity blesses others! 

Here are just a few examples: 

In 2024, we have given over $20,000 to support Missions through the World Evangelism Fund.

We have given $12,000 in benevolence giving to local needs throughout our community for things like groceries, a meal or a gift card for a person in need.

We participated in the Hope Center Gala that helped to raise over $30,000 for Hope Center Ministries.
We have provided our Homestead Campus with over $40,000 in financial support including outreach and building expenses.

We helped Misfit Youth, the youth ministry of Renew, raise over $5000 for Summer Camp and other events throughout the year.

Misfit Youth is sending 100 Shoe Boxes stuffed with toys and other items to children in need in other countries through Operation Christmas Child.

Just this month, we have given to Hope for Miami, Eve’s Hope Pregnancy Center, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and we helped cover funeral expenses for the unexpected passing of a family member in our church.  
We partner with Bread of Life to distribute food on Mondays to people in need at our Miami Campus. 

We have a Thanksgiving Grocery/Gift Card Distribution happening at our Homestead Campus.

Finally, we are collecting toys for our “Toy Store” that we are doing to give needy families an opportunity to pick out gifts that they will be able to wrap and put under the tree for their children this Christmas!  

If you would like to participate in the Toy Drive, please bring a new unwrapped toy for children age 2-12 and we will be hosting the Toy Store on December 8 at our Miami Campus and December 15 at our Homestead Campus.
