It's all in my Head

Hi there!
Our thoughts are powerful. They change our perspective, impact our decisions, and influence our habits. Our life is always moving in the direction of our strongest thoughts. 


But what do we do when we become trapped by our thoughts, unable to escape negative and unhealthy thinking? Let’s learn what it means to take our thoughts captive and win the war in our minds.


If you are like me and you have battled with mental health issues such as fear, depression, anxiety, anger, worry, stress, guilt, trauma or doubt - I can’t wait to share this series with you.

I pray that this series will be as much of a blessing to receive it as it has been for me to prepare to preach it.
