Honor and Celebration

Hi there!
I missed being with you last weekend but I was watching online (shout out to our amazing production team for what they do with our livestream!)  Misty, Macey, and I went to Birmingham to celebrate Emily’s graduation from Highlands College.  I am so proud of all that she accomplished while at Highlands and beyond that in her ministry to students while serving at Church of the Highlands.  She has accepted a 7 month internship to continue working with this amazing church and developing her leadership skills as she pursues a call in ministry!  Keep praying for my Emi!!  

Teacher Appreciation Sunday - This Sunday!
This weekend, we will take time in the service to honor Teachers.  We know how important your job is and we have a special gift for you to express our gratitude for what you are doing for the next generation!  If you or someone you know is a teacher (at any educational level), please join us as we celebrate you!     

Misfit Youth Gala - Friday 5/23 at 7pm
A Night at the Theatre! Join us May 23rd at 7PM for a night of dinner, performances, and an auction. This fundraiser helps us to get to Teen Camp, a week where many of our students connect with Christ and begin their walk with Him. It is also a week where our students build relationships and strengthen bonds with each other. You’ll be able to hear testimonies from some of our students and leaders about how Teen Camp impacts their lives. Tickets are $25! We hope to see you there!

Renew Road Rally & Taco Night - Saturday 5/17 at 6:30pm
Calling all Married Couples!  Come enjoy a group date night with your spouse while your kids have some fun of their own!  Sign up to bring something for our Taco Night and get ready for some healthy Road Rally Competition.
