Happy Independence Day and New Series Alert!

Hi there!
I’m intentionally keeping this email short to focus on my family today!  Emily is in town from serving in the internship she is at in Birmingham and we are so glad she’s home!  Be sure to say “Hi” to her if you see her on Sunday!

I pray you have an amazing 4th of July!  Please take a moment to pray for our country and be thankful for the freedoms that we celebrate in the USA.

Finally, don’t miss this Sunday, I’m excited to be back to kick off a brand new series entitled, “Best Sermon Ever” based on Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount found in Matthew 5 - 7.  I encourage you to read these chapters in preparation for the series.  We will also celebrate communion together as we do every first Sunday of the month.
