Hi there!
Breakthrough Sunday at Renew was amazing! In our Directors Meeting on Tuesday, our team was able to read and celebrate so many Breakthroughs that were placed on the Prayer Wall!  I love our church!  

After the services, we hosted a Small Group Fair to share the many opportunities that people have to get connected in a group.  This is part of what Jessica May wrote last year when I asked her why Small Groups mattered so much at Renew Church (Jessica is our Small Groups Director): 

“Family. That’s what a good small group is - Family. 

A good small group becomes your people and tribe...the ones who walk with you in the challenging parts of life when you need to be heard and prayed for, supported and comforted. The ones who celebrate life’s wins with you when that test comes back clear, or you get that job you have all been praying for. They are the ones that create a sturdiness around you when life seems the opposite and anxiety is winning. They are the ones who come to your mother’s funeral, send meals when the new baby arrives, and show up at your graduation because they would not miss it for the world…

My desire is to help encourage these spaces of belonging in Renew. The spaces where you feel God’s love tangibly through the members of your group and experience healing as they care for you in ways that may feel new to you. Places where you can come messy and broken and be embraced and received in the same way God receives you into His family.”

Also, this weekend we will have a Small Group Table setup at both campuses with information on all the groups available.  This is a great opportunity to learn about our groups and find one that fits you!

Grandparents Day is September 8
Celebrate Abuelo y Abuelita with us!  Join us for a fun day of celebration for your Grandparents!  We will have a Photo Booth and a special presentation to honor all our grandparents! 

Child Dedication in the Fall
We are planning for a Child Dedication service this fall.  If you have a child that you would like to dedicate to the Lord, please Click this Link for information and we will get back to you!  This event is also very important for the friends and family connected to the child that is being dedicated so don’t forget to invite them to join you!
