40 days to Christmas!

Hi there!
A neighbor stopped by our house earlier this week and said, “Wow, your house feels like fall.” It was a nice compliment and exactly the right time for it to feel like that with Thanksgiving still 2 weeks away.  However, 2 days after he said this, my wife had transformed the house to Christmas!!  Can someone explain that to me?  Why do we have a Christmas decorated house before Thanksgiving!  We still need to have our turkey! 

No matter where you stand on this issue, Christmas will be here before you know it and our Christmas Program will be even sooner than that!   

We have a really fun Christmas production at both campuses that will be taking place and we would love to have volunteers to make this an amazing event.  There is a place for everyone- even if you don’t want to be on stage! If you would like to get involved, be sure to connect with our Program Directors from each campus. Feel free to contact them or simply come up to them at church on Sunday.

Reminder, we are collecting toys for our “Toy Shoppe” that we are doing to give needy families an opportunity to pick out gifts that they will be able to wrap and put under the tree for their children this Christmas! If you would like to participate in the Toy Drive, please bring a new unwrapped toy for children age 2-12 and we will be hosting the Toy Shoppe on December 8 at our Miami Campus and December 15 at our Homestead Campus.
